Vadim Fedotov is an inspirational leader with an impressive career trajectory that spans professional sports, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship. He is the co-founder and CEO of Bioniq, the burgeoning health tech company that specialises in personalised healthcare solutions.

Fedotov initially gained recognition as a professional basketball player, captaining the U20 German national team. Later, while at university in the US, Vadim played for the Buffalo Bulls, competing at the highest level of the NCAA.

However, following several injuries, Vadim made the decision to retire from sport and successfully transitioned into the corporate world. After getting his degree in international business at the University at Buffalo, he started to work in international management consulting. In 2012 he joined Groupon, the fastest-growing company in the world at that time. At 26 years old, Vadim was the youngest CEO in 48 countries.

The firm has also expanded internationally, establishing its presence in 12 countries, and secured backing from top European investment funds including Rocket Internet, HV Capital, Porsche Ventures and Unbound.
