Jennifer Fearon is Managing Partner and CEO of VentureLink Advisers, a corporate finance, business and financial consulting firm with branches in New York, Palm Beach and London.

Jennifer is also a Managing Partner of Chobe Advisers, a boutique advisory firm specializing in strategic management consulting and the development of energy & agriculture projects with an ESG approach. In addition, she is a Managing Member of Intercontinental Energy Co., a multinational firm focusing on the acquisition and financing of oil and natural gas ventures.

Previously, Jennifer Co-Founded and served as the EVP in charge of Business Development at Drury Design Dynamics, a management consulting firm specializing in business communications.

Jennifer uses her keen industry expertise serving as a Senior Advisor to numerous companies, including Cambridge Wilkinson, a global investment bank offering customized solutions for debt and equity capital raises. She is also a Senior Advisor to cybersecurity investment firm, Option3Ventures, and global investment bank, Entoro Capital.

Brick Mental Health Foundation, which advances research that promotes exercise, nutrition and mind-body practices as a way to treat mental illness and improve mental wellness. She is also a member of the Global Advisory Council of Aproquen Burn Hospital in Nicaragua, which provides free care to children in need, and previously served as a Trustee for The Grace Children’s Foundation in New York.

She is also a member of the President’s Advisory Council of Instituto Centroamericano de Administracion de Empresas (INCAE), a premier business school in Central America, and the Atlantic Council Councilors Program.
