Jason Feitelberg is the Director of Business Development at Sterling Resources, a leading boutique life insurance agency that specializes in intergenerational wealth transfer and accumulation strategies for UHNW families. He continues his family legacy as the 4th generation to work in the insurance industry.
Jason leads the firm's Institutional Business Development, building relationships with clients in the corporate, nonprofit, wealth fund and family office sectors. Prior, he worked at investment management firm Babson Capital (now Barings) in client management and investor relations.
In 2008, Jason began working with Crossroads for Kids, a youth development nonprofit, and currently serves as Trustee and Development Chair. The inspiration for this stems from two childhood events. One is the story of a friend, who at a young age was forced by circumstances to take on major life responsibilities. The other is a surprising and impactful encounter with the Saint Teresa of Calcutta (Mother Teresa) while he was in middle school in Boston.

His first steps in charitable work came in high school working in soup kitchens; but, it was during a Semester at Sea journey around the world in 2003, visiting many countries, including Cuba, Brazil, South Africa and India, that he experienced the impact of his actions. In the villages of the Amazon in Brazil or the townships of Cape Town, Jason saw firsthand a way of life removed from necessities seen as commonplace, and he worked with locals to improve living conditions and distributed clothing and other essentials. In India, he saw things come full circle when he found himself working with children at an orphanage run by Mother Teresa’s’ Missionaries of Charity, nearly ten years after they met in 1994.
Jason earned a BS in Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College.moreless
