As Chair, senior board member and advisor, Wendy Becker works with management teams and organisations globally, helping propel relationships between consumers and technology. She has vast experience in strategy, brand marketing, technology and design gained from her senior leadership roles, as well as her diverse board and trustee leadership positions.

Wendy is Chair of Logitech International and a non-executive director of Sony Corporation and Oxford Nanopore Technologies. She sits on the boards of Oxford University Press and the Saïd Business School. Wendy is also a Council Member of The University of Oxford and Chair of the British Heart Foundation's Board of Trustees. Whilst serving on these boards she provides advice and shares her expertise across a range of committees.

Wendy joined McKinsey and Company in 1993, working out of San Francisco and London, where she became a Partner in 1998. At McKinsey she led the UK Consumer & Retail Practice and advised many global clients on embracing the digital world in their corporate strategies.

Wendy started her career in brand management at Procter & Gamble after gaining a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College. She also holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
