Tyler Sweatt’s Biography

Tyler Sweatt is the Chief Executive Officer and newly appointed Chairman of the Board, of Second Front Systems, a defense software company that connects emerging technologies with the national security community. He assumed the role of CEO, after previously serving as Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President of Growth for the organization.

Previously, Tyler was the Head of National Security and Director of Special Projects at CalypsoAI, where he led initiatives to integrate advanced technologies in support of national security objectives.

Earlier in his career, Tyler founded and served as Managing Partner of the technology consulting company, Future Tense. He also held the positions of Senior Associate and later Director of the emerging technology and security team at Toffler Associates.

In addition to his executive duties, Tyler supports the defense innovation ecosystem through advisory and partnership roles, including serving as a Technical Advisor at Pallas Advisors and as a Partner with the non-profit, Silicon Valley Defense Group. Beyond his professional leadership, Tyler is committed to philanthropy, dedicating his time to initiatives that support veterans, promote innovation in national security, and create opportunities for underrepresented communities in technology. He was a Member of the Community Development Team at the Defense Entrepreneurs Forum (DEF) and volunteered with Atlas Corps. Additionally, he served as a Mentor at Veterati, a platform that connects U.S. service members, veterans, and military spouses with volunteer professionals.
