Stan’s Biography

Stan Moss is the Chief Executive Officer of Polen Capital, a global asset management firm providing quality growth and credit investment strategies to clients ranging from institutions, financial advisors and individual clients worldwide. Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Polen Capital also has offices in Boston, London and Hong Kong.

Polen Capital offers clients a choice of active, high-conviction strategies across growth equity and credit. Polen’s structure includes four autonomous investment teams: Small Company Growth, Large Company Growth, Emerging Markets Growth and High Yield.

Stan began his career at Polen in 2003 and served as COO, CFO and CCO before being named CEO in 2012. As CEO, he has led the firm’s transformation from a small, single strategy, regionally focused boutique to a multi-strategy global asset manager with more than $61B in assets under management to date.

He is also firmly committed to fostering a workplace culture built upon employee engagement and continued education. Before Polen Capital, Stan built a strong foundation in strategic planning, business development and operations in his early career in financial services. He previously served in various roles at asset management firms, including a financial services and technology company auditor Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).

Stan is also dedicated to numerous charitable and community initiatives. He serves on the National board of Make-A-Wish America and as Chairman of the annual fundraiser, Make-A-Wish Polen Capital Golf Tournament, which benefits Make-A-Wish Southern Florida. He also serves on the Business School Executive Board for NYU Stern.

Stan holds a B.S. and M.B.A. from the University of Alabama and an M.S. in Global Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and HKUST Business School. READ MORE VIEW LESS
