Matthew Hoffer’s Biography

Matthew Hoffer is the Co-Founder and CEO of Spire Capital, a privately capitalised investment firm, as well as M&A boutique, focused on generating absolute returns across alternative markets, including private equity (venture to pre-IPO), hedge funds, and digital assets.

He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Container Management, a media and market intelligence platform serving the global container ports industry - from terminal operators and shipping lines to the technology and infrastructure providers that power cargo operations worldwide.

Previously, Matthew worked at the World Economic Forum, where he was Head of Middle East Government Affairs and a Global Leadership Fellow; and at JPMorgan Investment Bank in London, within equity derivatives structured products sales.
