Jonathan’s Biography

Jonathan Feuer is a Private Equity Investor, Founder and Board Member. He was a Managing Partner of CVC Capital Partners, the global private equity company, until 2018 and was with the firm for thirty years.

During his tenure with CVC, Jonathan co-ran the Strategic Opportunities Fund, founded and managed CVC's Global Financial Institutions Group, and served on the boards of many private and public companies. Following his stepping down as a Managing Partner he was a Senior Advisor to CVC for a further two years.

Jonathan’s current roles include being a board member on the Foundation Prince Liechtenstein, owned by the Princely House of Liechtenstein.

The portfolio of activities owned by the Princely House of Liechtenstein include LGT, the Princely Art collection, as well as investments in the sectors of agriculture & food, forestry and renewable energy.

Previously, Jonathan was Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Patrizia SE, a leading independent real estate company that is listed on the German stock exchange. Until 2023, Jonathan was Chairman of Eigen Technologies, the AI-driven document analysis, and data extraction company he co-founded in 2014. Eigen was backed by institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Temasek, Lakestar, Dawn Capital, and ING.

Jonathan is a qualified chartered accountant (Ernst & Whinney, London), holds a BSc in MORSE (University of Warwick, UK) and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Programme.

Together with his wife, Jonathan runs his family's charitable foundation. The foundation has funded many charities and supported several programmes including an International AI scholarship Programme at the University of Warwick, and an Award programme at the Starehe Girls’ Centre in Kenya.
