Tanya Eves is an entrepreneur and investor actively involved in the fields of aerospace, technology, and contemporary art. As a businesswoman and patron of the arts, she is committed to supporting female entrepreneurs and artists across the globe.

Born in Siberia, Tanya was raised in a highly scientific community. Excelling in mathematics from a young age, she distinguished herself by winning the National Mathematics Olympiad. This achievement propelled her to pursue further studies in mathematics, completing her degree with distinction in 2012.

Tanya's business journey is marked by many achievements. She was the female leader of S7 Group, one of the largest aviation groups, and made history as the youngest CEO of a top 500 company in the CIS region before resigning from the position in 2022.

Ever immersed in the aviation industry, both personally and professionally, Tanya obtained licenses as both an aircraft and helicopter pilot. With her expertise firmly established, Tanya's strategic focus on aerospace and aviation drove her to invest in manufacturing and aviation assets... In 2019, she co-founded Decart Ventures, a venture capital investment company focused on fintech, e-commerce, AI, B2B, and SaaS, with investments spanning multiple continents. As a GP and a board member, Tanya contributes her expertise to guide the company's strategic direction
