Ivan P. L. Tse is an entrepreneur and philanthropist focused on resilience design, climate leadership, and social systems innovation.

As Chair and President of the TSE Foundation, he has led its strategic evolution toward environmental conservation, education, and climate-focused initiatives. He also founded Global Friends Ltd. in Hong Kong to advance cross-border philanthropic and climate engagement.

Ivan’s entrepreneurial work spans lifestyle, design, and impact-driven ventures, including We Are Beauty, developed in collaboration with leading international partners.

He is currently building PEGASUS (Social Architecture) a platform focused on Next Level Resilience and Social Architecture, developing scalable frameworks that integrate culture, storytelling, and partnerships to address the challenges of a rapidly changing world.

Ivan holds a degree from Boston College and has pursued further studies at Columbia University and the Architectural Association in London. His global perspective is informed by extensive experience across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
