Throughout his career, Howard has been at the forefront of the development of the in-house legal function. He established the legal departments at BZW and Barclays from the ground up, and reorganised and revitalised the team at Schroders. He is renowned for his extensive legal knowledge, his analytical skills, and his ability to build, motivate and manage large global teams of professionals.
