Amanda Sourry’s Biography

Amanda Sourry is a marketing and business executive with more than three decades of experience in the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors. During her more than three decades with Unilever, she held leadership roles of increasing responsibility until her retirement in 2020. She joined the Kroger Board as an Independent Board Member in 2021.

Amanda became a graduate trainee brand manager at Unilever in 1985. She went on to hold senior leadership roles in both the United States and Europe, including Executive Vice President of the firm’s UK and Ireland business, Executive Vice President of Global Haircare, followed by President of the Global Foods Category. In 2018 she became President Unilever North America and Head of Global Customer Development. In total, she spent 17 years of her Unilever career in America.

In her current role as a senior advisor at Boston Consulting Group, Amanda advises on strategy, innovation, growth, and M&A, and has supported clients with sustainability initiatives. Amanda serves as Independent Board Director of PVH Corp., where she chairs the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Nominating, Governance & Management Development Committee. She is also the Non-Executive Chair of ofi, a global provider of natural and plant-based food and beverage ingredients. She was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director at Olam Group Limited in 2026, where she serves on the Sustainability Committee.
