Jonathan Spano is a diversified entrepreneur who has successfully interwoven the worlds of business, philanthropy and creativity throughout his career. As a teenager, he co-founded Traffic Management, Inc. (TMI) with his brother Chris Spano, growing it into an award-winning company with over 50 locations nationwide.

Traffic Management, Inc. provides world-class products and services, including traffic control services, engineering, sign manufacturing and installation, equipment rentals and 24/7 emergency dispatch response. Its proprietary technology system, “TM-Soft”, enables clients to share real time needs for changing equipment, driving directions, traffic control and more for construction and engineering needs.

TMI has received many accolades over its nearly thirty years of operations. It is the largest privately-owned minority business based in the U.S. and was awarded Latino Business of the Year in 2014. It has twice been ranked as one of Los Angeles Business Journal's top 100 minority-owned businesses and has been featured as LABJ’s 100 fastest growing private companies... Building upon his interests in aviation and experience as a helicopter and airline pilot, Jonathan co-founded Phenom Camera Ship. Phenom Camera Ship was built to fill the need for a multi-camera operating system to help film the intricate aviation scenes for “Top Gun: Maverick” (2022). The FAA-certified system, the Phenom 300, is a high-speed, high-altitude pressurized filming platform, and has quickly become an industry leader for aviation filming needs. For his work, he received Best Stunt awards from the Screen Actors Guild and Vulture.

Jonathan is also the Co-Founder of fleet management service, Momentum IoT, and Pomello, a pomello and elderflower liquer. Momentum IoT helps small and mid-sized fleet managers locate and manage their trucks, trailers, heavy and light equipment with innovative 4th generation GPS and telematics tracking solutions. more less
