Alex Nekrassov is the Founder of ALMOS International, a London-based corporate advisory firm servicing commercial clients in the UK, US, and EU. ALMOS specialises in providing strategic reputation and crisis management counsel, litigation support, and assists clients involved in special situations investing, restructurings and M&A, as well as helping manage complex risks and opportunities for major corporations.

An experienced board-level executive with nearly 20 years’ experience, Alex has worked across a range of industries and sectors, leading a team of specialists at ALMOS with backgrounds in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, legal services and reputation management.

Prior to founding ALMOS, Alex built and led the corporate and financial services team of 20 staff, advising 25 clients focused on reputation management and crisis advisory, supporting mainly UK and US companies. In 2022, Alex co-founded Punch Up Media, a film, TV and audio production company, alongside a group of award-winning British journalists. As non-executive director, he helps oversee corporate governance and assists with business strategy. Since 2023, he has also served as a non-executive director and independent chairman of the remuneration committee at REalyse, one of the UK’s leading property technology and data analytics companies.

Chambers and Partners has described Alex as a ‘brilliant strategic thinker’ and he has been listed as a ranked practitioner from 2019 in the Litigation Support category Guide, putting him consistently in the top 10 specialists in the UK.
