Siobhán Filmore’s Biography

Siobhán Filmore is a consultant C-suite professional operating within businesses and family offices to facilitate ventures, streamline processes and optimise operational structures. She partners with founders who are ready to build something new, or are at a strategic inflection point, needing to prioritise and focus energies.

Siobhán currently serves as Managing Director of the LYRA Art Collection and LYRA Art Foundation, founded by entrepreneur Tanya Fileva. The Foundation champions artists and arts institutions by providing resources which enable them to realise their boldest ambitions and ideas. The Collection, under Siobhán’s custodianship, invests in emerging and established artists working across disciplines and technologies, and is carefully curated to embrace the belief that art and artists shape our perception and understanding of the world.

In 2018 she pivoted in-house, to Soros-backed investment fund, 23 Capital, which provided rights-holders such as A-list talent and publishers with access to institutional capital. Embedded within this cultural landscape Siobhán joined a high-profile team appointed by MBC Group and the Crown Court, which included the leadership of Intel Studio and Lionsgate, whose purpose was the realisation strategy of Neom, Saudi Arabia.

With 15 years of experience across London, the US and UAE, Siobhán brings clear strategic advice and implementation to fast-moving and nimble enterprises. She is committed to supporting talented individuals and entrepreneurs to ensure ventures and enterprises achieve commercial and purpose-driven ambitions. Siobhán optimises business growth whilst alleviating pressure within the team.
