Rusty Holzer is a business executive and philanthropist who serves as the Principal, Chairman & CEO of Worth Capital, a family-owned real estate and private investment firm with a focus in capital markets, real estate development and private equity.

Worth Capital’s private equity holdings are comprised of investments across numerous energy sectors, including energy infrastructure in Europe, oil & gas companies and cell towers in the United States and Mexico. In addition, Worth Capital holds investments in artificial intelligence and the aerospace industry.

With more than 3 decades of experience in the real estate and financial industry, Rusty has established himself as a leading and respected figure in the world of private equity and venture capital. Under his leadership, Worth Capital has financed, acquired, developed and managed more than $1 billion worth of real estate. Rusty also manages the retail division of his family holdings in Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Van Cleef & Arpels.

Outside of his work at Worth Capital, Rusty and his wife, Ashley, founded The Ashley and Rusty Holzer Foundation. Through their foundation, the Holzers are committed to supporting education, culture, health and athletics. Rusty is also involved in a number of philanthropic and community organizations. He has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including the Equus Foundation and Rogal Brukenfeld Family Foundation.

Rusty is a graduate from Harvard University and is an experienced equestrian who represented the USA Virgin Islands in the individual jumping event in the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. more less
