Ron Scott has been with Xsolla since March 2022, serving as Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Partnerships. In this role, he leverages his extensive background in sales, marketing, and strategic business development to drive global growth.

Ron’s career began at Procter & Gamble and The Nestlé Food Company, where he assumed roles of increasing responsibility. His early career in sales, marketing, and trade marketing laid the foundation for his success in the gaming and entertainment industry.

In 1995, Ron joined Activision, helping grow revenue from $75 million to $650 million within five years. As Executive Vice President of Worldwide Publishing, he demonstrated his ability to scale operations and expand global reach. He later held key senior leadership roles at Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Square Enix, Crave Entertainment, and 505 Games, further solidifying his reputation for navigating complex markets and driving significant growth.

Currently, Ron focuses on strategic initiatives to grow backend solutions and expand global business development, enhancing product offerings, optimizing operations, and forging key partnerships to bolster Xsolla’s presence in the gaming and digital distribution industries.
