Roger Lang is a successful entrepreneur, investor and executive, with over 40 years of experience founding and leading companies in technology, telecommunications and sustainable agriculture.

Roger is the Co-founder & General Partner of BCP Ventures. With a focus on food systems, sustainable energy and smart infrastructure, BCP invests in companies that are working to solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges, including food security, emissions reduction and resource consumption. Roger leads BCP's deal sourcing, as well as fundraising and entrepreneur coaching activities. He serves on the Board and is responsible for the firm's investments in Caban Systems, Ryp Labs and Unique Wire.

Prior to founding BCP, Roger served as the Founder & CEO of Infinity Financial Technology, an enterprise software derivatives platform. Under his tenure, he led the business from its founding to a successful IPO on NASDAQ. Following the IPO, he led Infinity through a successful acquisition by Sungard. Prior to founding BCP, Roger served as the Founder & CEO of Infinity Financial Technology, an enterprise software derivatives platform. After his success as technology entrepreneur, Roger dedicated time to conservation and environmental philanthropy, while continuing to focus on Silicon Valley innovation. For 12 years, he owned and led Sun Ranch in Montana. During this time, he launched the world's first Conservation Beef Company with the Nature Conservancy, led the first eco lodge in the northern hemisphere and developed a market-driven conservation approach that included sustainable ranching, lodging and real estate development.

While pursuing conservation initiatives, Roger continued to invest and found technology companies, including rural telecom company Cutthroat Communications, and numerous technology companies and funds, such as Securant Technology and DailyPay.
