Noel Mack is Chief Brand Officer at fitness clothing brand, Gymshark. In August 2020 a deal was struck that valued Gymshark at more than £1bn ($1.3bn). The valuation means that Gymshark joins the list of less than 25 British companies to have secured 'unicorn' status since 2001.
Noel brings more than 12 years of experience in the creative industries to his role at Gymshark and is a specialist in brand strategy, marketing and technology. Starting out in the music industry, Noel achieved recognition at an early age with several achievements, not least the production of a platinum-selling record and many other projects with iconic contemporary artists. Noel's dynamic career began at university where, together with Ashley Taylor, he co-founded R3Brand, the UK’s leading brand development agency. R3Brand provides innovative strategies and viral campaigns for major clients including Ministry of Sound, Gymshark and ROCNation.
He spent nine years at R3Brand, forming strong relationships and building the polished reputation it has today. Subsequently, Noel was appointed Brand Director of R3Brand’s in house client, Gymshark.
With his wealth of experience, Noel was named Chief Brand Officer at Gymshark, where his responsibilities include building and maintaining the company’s reputation globally and marketing through social media, PR and influencer marketing.
Noel graduated from the University of Surrey with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours (BA, Hons).
