With more than two decades of service at Memery Crystal, Nick holds specialist expertise in corporate finance including IPOs, equity capital markets and M&A. He takes the lead in the firm’s natural resources, technology and medical cannabis sectors.
Nick is the only lawyer sitting on the AIM Advisory Group of the London Stock Exchange and advises on issues relating to the regulation and operation of AIM.
