Nick Davis’ Biography

Nick Davis is a highly experienced lawyer and Senior Partner of legal firm Memery Crystal. He serves as an Executive Board Member of RBG Holdings plc, Memery Crystal's parent company.

With more than two decades of service at Memery Crystal, Nick holds specialist expertise in corporate finance including IPOs, equity capital markets and M&A. He takes the lead in the firm’s natural resources, technology and medical cannabis sectors.

Nick is the only lawyer sitting on the AIM Advisory Group of the London Stock Exchange and advises on issues relating to the regulation and operation of AIM.

Outside of his legal expertise Nick spent several years as a non-executive board director of AIM listed Shanta Gold. Nick was also a director of a subsidiary of The Supreme Cannabis Company listed on the TSX investing in the European cannabis space.

Often invited to speak about the London Capital Markets at conferences and seminars, Nick is recognised as a leader in his fields by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. He is a Trustee of the charity ‘Olivia’s Vision’, a charity leading the way in raising awareness of the condition Uveitis. Nick’s daughter, Olivia, suffers from the condition. The autoimmune disease is being targeted for medicinal cannabis research.
