Nicholas J. Singer is the Founder and Managing Partner of Purchase Capital, an investment firm that provides patient capital for public and private companies with strong potential for long-term value creation. It also acts as a sponsor to institutional investors, foundations, and endowments.

Nicholas has over 25 years of investing experience in both public markets and private equity. With an analytical and entrepreneurial approach, he takes an active role in the portfolio companies of Purchase Capital as it invests across a variety of asset classes and industries. The firm’s primary holdings include Another Tomorrow, Cayuga Biotech, Eterna Therapeutics, JETSET Pilates, Ryl Tea, and Synaptic Aviation.

Nicholas is a Director of JETSET Pilates, a Board Member of the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation, a Trustee of the Pérez Art Museum Miami, and a member of the James Madison Council at the Library of Congress. He is the former Chairman of OWYN (Only What You Need), a leading brand in plant-based protein beverages.

Prior to that, he was a Founding Partner of Cyrus Capital Partners and a Principal at Och-Ziff Capital Management. Mr. Singer began his career in the High Yield Trading and Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs & Co.
