Nicholas J. Singer is the Founder and Managing Partner of Purchase Capital, an investment firm that provides patient capital for public and private companies with strong potential for long-term value creation. It also acts as a sponsor to institutional investors, foundations, and endowments.

Nicholas has over 20 years of investing experience in both public markets and private equity. With an analytical and entrepreneurial approach, he takes an active role in the portfolio companies of Purchase Capital as it invests across a variety of asset classes and industries. Its primary holdings include Standard Amusements, IntegriCo Composites, OWYN (Only What You Need), and Eterna Therapeutics.

Nicholas is the Executive Chairman of Standard Amusements, an owner and operator of family entertainment properties across the United States, including the historic Playland in Rye, New York. From 2007 to 2013, Mr. Singer was Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member of Standard General, an SEC registered investment advisor. Prior to that, he was a Founding Partner of Cyrus Capital Partners and a Principal at Och-Ziff Capital Management. Mr. Singer began his career in the High Yield Trading and Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs & Co.
