Mike Gianoni is the President and CEO of Blackbaud, a leading cloud software company dedicated to powering social impact. He also serves as Vice Chairman of their Board of Directors. Since joining in 2014, Mike has leveraged his extensive technology and leadership experience to advance Blackbaud’s mission of providing innovative solutions to non-profits, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and other social enterprises.

Before his role at Blackbaud, Mike held prominent positions in the technology and software sectors. He served as president at Fiserv, a global financial services technology solutions provider. Previously, Mike was Senior Vice President of the Financial Services division at DST Systems, Inc., where he significantly contributed to the company’s growth in the financial sector.

Mike holds positions on several boards, including the International African American Museum in Charleston. He has previously served on the boards of Liberty Health Systems (now Barnabas Health); SnapCap, the University of New Haven, and the American Red Cross.

Mike and Blackbaud recently received the Community Ambassador Award for their commitment to supporting local causes, including sponsoring events for animal care and building humane enclosures for outdoor pets. He is also the co-chair of the Generosity Commission, a project of The Giving Institute and Giving USA Foundation dedicated to fostering civic engagement and philanthropy.

Mike was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of New Haven.
