Previously Mike was the President of SAP Successfactors, a $1billion+ cloud HCM software business based in Silicon Valley with 100 million users and 8,000 customers. Mike was the former Chief Executive for NGA HR, a multimillion global HR and payroll services provider.

Prior to NGA, Mike was vice president of Global Business Process Outsourcing for Unisys, where he led the business and delivered cutting-edge technology to blue-chip clients across the globe. He held various executive roles for Unisys, including managing director for Australia and New Zealand and Vice President of Outsourcing for Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East, Africa. Mike also previously served as vice president and managing director for Synstar, plc., a private-equity owned European technology business. His extensive career in IT and software also included several senior executive roles at EDS. Mike began his career at KPMG.

Mike’s early career began in his native South Africa. He holds a Masters in Finance from the London Business School, UK, is a graduate of the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa, and a member of the South African and English Institutes of Chartered Accountants. He has lived and worked in Africa,Europe, America and Asia.
