Mark Stroyan is Partner at Manchester Square Partners which is a discreet private partnership specialising in career management, leadership and succession. Mark acts as an independent adviser and objective sounding board whose purpose is to support leaders to be in control of their futures. Mark helps his clients better understand their leadership brand, and the qualities and characteristics key to their continued success both within their current organisations and beyond.
Prior to Manchester Square Partners, Mark spent 20 years at Spencer Stuart, a world leading executive search firm which helps build and enhance high performing boards and executive teams throughout the world. Mark served as the company's UK and European Managing Partner and ultimately as a Global Board Director.
A qualified solicitor, Mark spent the initial part of his career at Taylor Johnson Garrett (now known as Taylor Wessing), a full-service international law firm.
Outside of business, Mark serves as a Trustee for several charities including Dementia UK, John Lyon's Charity and Clervaux Trust. He also sits on the Board of Governors at Harrow School and was previously Chairman of Governors at Aysgarth Preparatory School.
Educated at the University of St Andrews, Mark graduated with a Masters degree, before qualifying as a Solicitor from The College of Law and later as an Accredited Mediator from The London School of Mediation.
