Mark Angelo is the Founder, President & Partner of Yorkville Advisors, a global alternative investment manager offering specialty financing solutions to its clients. Over the course of his career, Mark has developed a reputation as an innovative investment manager and garnered deep expertise in alternative investments, portfolio management and business development, among other areas in the financial and investments space.

Yorkville Advisors specializes in flexible debt and equity investments and financing in a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, energy, metals & mining, electric vehicles and technology, among others. Since its founding, Mark has led Yorkville in executing over 700 investments across the globe worth an estimated $4.5B. He is also responsible for many of the firm’s day-to-day operations, including deal structuring, investment decisions and business development. Notable investments made by Yorkville include Virgin Orbit, Sono Group NV, Celularity Inc., Canoo Inc. and more.

Prior to co-founding Yorkville Advisors, Mark served as Co-Director of the Corporate Finance Division at the May Davis Group, a boutique investment bank focused on emerging growth companies. Before joining the May Davis Group, Mark was a securities trader at The Boston Group LP, a broker-dealer based in New York City.
