Since 2022, Mario serves as CEO of Carriage House in Palm Beach, Florida, a private members’ club renowned for its unparalleled standards of service and exclusivity.

Prior to this, he was COO of Lanserhof at The Arts Club in London. Under his guidance, the business received consecutive awards for “World’s Best Private Members Club Spa” at the World Spa Awards. Previously, Mario served as CEO of Holmes Place in Switzerland, managing clubs in Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich & Basel, achieving strong financial results through strategic repositioning & management restructuring. Additionally, he was part of the senior team that lead the international group to a successful listing and IPO.

Mario also founded & operated his own private health club in London, Fitrooms, successfully transforming it into a profitable enterprise before selling at a significant multiple in 2014.
