In the past week, the under-construction Manhattan condo tower 520 Park Avenue has sold two units priced at over $70 million each.  Buyers have signed contracts on two high-floor duplexes priced between $73 and $83 million, according to Louis Buckworth, director of sales at the 34-unit tower.
