Louis Buckworth is currently the Director of Sales at 520 Park Avenue, part of the Zeckendorf Development group. 520 Park Avenue, the tallest building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, is a 54-story residential tower located between Park Avenue and Madison Avenue and containing 34 luxury condominium apartments.

Louis is also a licensed real estate broker at Brown Harris Stevens, one of New York City’s oldest and most prestigious real estate firms. Louis has many years of experience in New York City’s high-end real estate industry, holding in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of local real estate and the city’s new development and real estate investment markets. He honed his knowledge as a broker with The Corcoran Group before moving on to Brown Harris Stevens.

With a desire to bring the spirit of the downtown arts scene to the Upper East Side, Louis Founded LX Arts. LX Arts offers a unique space that eloquently blends the refinement of an uptown New York City with the artistic spirit of a West Village art space. Its atmosphere captures the emerging renaissance of the neighborhood and its exhibition space welcomes an interdisciplinary blend of artists and attractions.

'Olyvia's soirées': adviser launches private selling events in format devised by Adam Chinn

The art adviser and investor Olyvia Kwok is launching a series of invitation only events in New York and London called "Olyvia’s Soirées" this month, offering “works for sale to big-ticket collectors wishing to circumvent the auction houses”. In New York, the events will be promoted by the real-estate entrepreneur Louis Buckworth, the director of sales at 520 Park Avenue — a recently developed, luxury residential tower block—and the first will be held in the building's private members’ club.
