Louis Buckworth is a leading expert in New York City’s luxury property and real estate investment markets. He is the former Director of Sales at 520 Park Avenue, part of the Zeckendorf Development group. 520 Park Avenue, the tallest building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, is a 54-story residential tower located between Park Avenue and Madison Avenue and containing 34 luxury condominium apartments.

Louis has many years of experience in New York City’s high-end real estate industry, holding in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of local real estate and the city’s new development and real estate investment markets. He honed his knowledge as a broker with Corcoran and Brown Harris Stevens before launching his own Real Estate investment firm Buckworth Capital. Louis is also a partner at Equator Ventures.
