Jean-Baptiste Douin is Head of Pictet Wealth Management (PWM), France. He joined Pictet in 2021, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in private banking.

PWM provides investment and banking solutions to high-net-worth individuals the world over, helping them manage and grow their assets. PWM is part of the Pictet Group, an investment-led company offering asset management, wealth management and related services to private clients.

Before Pictet, Jean-Baptiste had a long, successful career at J.P. Morgan as a private banker. He was appointed director of private banking for France in 2009, managing a team of 60 professionals and building up the bank’s UHNW private client franchise in the region. Under his leadership, J.P. Morgan’s France-based activities tripled in just seven years.

With a firm focus on client needs, Jean-Baptiste took over as head of J.P. Morgan’s private-banking credit business for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in 2017.
