Stephen currently serves as CEO of Greyscale AI, an early- stage X-ray/computer vision AI SaaS solutions business. He also serves as Chairman of NoviPax, a US-based absorbents technology business and portfolio company of ACON Investments; he is a Board Director and Investor with CorFigo, an early-stage medical device venture; he is an Operating Advisor and Investor with BCP Ventures (Blitz Fund), a firm combining venture capital and impact investing with a focus on food, Ag and climate tech across the US and Europe. Stephen also manages his direct private equity, venture investments and advisory activities as Managing Director of SJD Capital Advisors LLC.

Prior to his current roles, Stephen spent over 20 years as CEO, Board Director and major shareholder of the InterFlex Group, a specialty-packaging supplier to many of the world’s leading consumer packaged goods companies. During his tenure, Stephen successfully executed multiple organic and acquisition-driven growth strategies across the US, UK and Europe in partnership with Red Diamond Capital/Mitsubishi and Bain Capital. Having achieved a 10x growth in revenue and EBITDA, he completed the sale of InterFlex to the Japanese global printing company, Toppan (TYO - TOPPY) in July 2021.
Before acquiring InterFlex in 2000, Stephen spent 10 years in strategy consulting, financial advisory and private equity in both the US and Europe at the Boston Consulting Group and CEA/Barings.
