Biography

James Baker is Chief Operating Officer of Red Arrow Studios, responsible for optimising operational performance across Red Arrow’s production & distribution divisions, whilst directly managing select portfolio assets and production territories.

James also oversees human resources and Red Arrow’s project management office.

A leading figure in the international television industry, James has extensive senior experience in channel management, independent production and media investment.

Red Arrows Studios is comprised of 20 production companies in seven territories, including 11 companies based in the United States; world-leading digital studio, Studio71, based in six countries; and global film and TV distributors Red Arrow Studios International and Gravitas Ventures.
