City firm Rosenblatt represented Simon Cowell in buying out Sony Music Entertainment’s 75% stake in their joint venture, Syco Holdings, which owns the TV formats. Rosenblatt’s team was led by the firm’s senior partner, Ian Rosenblatt OBE.
