Gregory Young is an experienced, skilled family office executive, fiduciary and professional, and a proven leader and manager in the family office sector and the legal profession. Over his 35-year professional and business career, Greg has advised, assisted and represented a number of America’s wealthiest individuals and families.

Presently, Greg is Managing Director of The Ropart Group, a fully integrated Greenwich, CT-based single-family office serving multiple generations of a single, ultra-high net worth family. His role is a composite of COO, CIO, CFO & General Counsel functions with lead executive responsibilities. At Ropart, Greg is a member of the Investment Committee and serves in fiduciary roles.

Greg is also the founding principal of Greyfield Advisers, LLC, a consulting firm serving the varied and substantial needs of UHNW individuals and families.

Previously, Greg was CEO of a Palm Beach, FL family office and lead executive fiduciary for trusts benefiting the family members.

As a family office executive, Greg has managed the development and implementation of strategic and operational advice and planning, including estate planning, financial planning & investment management, asset protection, insurance & risk management, legal, philanthropy, real estate, taxation and trust administration. As fiduciary, Greg has been responsible for performance and administration of trusts, including management and investment of trust assets.

As a partner with two prominent, international law firms over 25 years, Greg’s practice focused on real estate transactions and development. His clients were UHNW individuals and family offices, sovereign wealth funds, private funds and other institutional real estate investors. Greg also developed high proficiency in public policy, entity governance, business transactions, private equity, and taxation and related planning engagements.
