Elizabeth Dillon (Liz) is the Chief Executive Officer at Pictet Asset Management (USA) Corp., a division of the Pictet Group. Founded in Geneva in 1805, the Pictet Group is an investment-led company, offering asset management, wealth management and related services.

Pictet Asset Management is an independent asset manager overseeing more than USD225b for its clients across a range of equity, fixed income, multi asset and alternative strategies. As CEO, Liz leads a team of experienced professionals with a focus on Pictet’s highest level of service and client experience and oversees operations of specialist investment services to some of the largest US pension funds, financial institutions, intermediaries and their clients.
Her appointment as CEO follows nearly two decades of leadership and innovation with the firm, first in Geneva where she began her Pictet career, then in London. Liz's tenure includes fifteen years as Head of US Intermediaries and Subadvisory, a role in which she developed a keen industry expertise and, using her entrepreneurial approach, established and built the firm's multi-billion-dollar US and Global Financial Institutions business.
Prior to joining Pictet, Liz gained significant experience as VP of Marketing Strategy and Communications at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in New York. She began her career in the Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch in New York.
Liz holds a BA in English Literature from the State University of New York at Brockport.
