Elizabeth (Liz) Dillon is CEO of Pictet Asset Management (USA). In 2020, after leading teams in Geneva and London for over two decades, Liz launched Pictet Asset Management’s US office in New York. She has spent the last six years steering Pictet’s business in the US, staying true to the values that have defined Pictet over its 220-year history. In April 2022
In 2025, she led the launch of Pictet’s US ETFs, the firm’s first proprietary products in the US. She has also expanded the firm’s institutional offering through the introduction of CITs, providing US retirement investors with access to Pictet’s global strategies. Prior to her current role, Liz served as Head of Global Financial Institutions at Pictet in London, where she spent 15 years building the firm’s distribution business with top-tier financial institutions based in the UK and/or North America, supporting the Pictet business with her vast network of key investment decision makers.
Prior to Pictet, Liz was a Vice President with JP Morgan Private Bank and served in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch.
