David Kosoy is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Sterling Global Financial, a company focused on financial services and investment, particularly in real estate, private banking, and capital markets. With over 50 years of experience, he has played a crucial role in defining the firm’s strategic direction and fostering growth in global real estate investment, development, and lending. David is also the Principal and President at New Providence Capital Management Ltd.

Prior to establishing Sterling Global Financial, David Kosoy served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman of Sterling Centrecorp Inc., a publicly traded real estate firm. Earlier in his career, he founded and led The Sterling Companies, and before that, he was a Principal at Brother Developments, where he built the foundation for his career in property development and investment.

Before fully committing to real estate and finance, David Kosoy practiced law in Toronto, Canada. He is also recognized for his achievements in collegiate athletics, having been inducted into the University of Akron Varsity “A” Hall... David Kosoy actively participates in professional and community organizations, sharing his knowledge to support charitable and philanthropic initiatives. He has contributed to numerous charitable organizations and community programs, such as Comedy for a Cause, where he has leveraged his expertise to enhance nonprofit efforts, especially in regions where he has lived and worked.
