Stef is also an investment partner at XFactor Ventures, a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage investments in companies led by female founders. She is also a Graham & Walker Catalyst program mentor. Before her time at Away, Steph worked as a merchandise strategy and supply chain consultant for Casper, a sleep products company. She also previously held the position of Head of Supply Chain at the renowned eyewear company, Warby Parker. Her career began in 2010 as an assistant buyer at Kate Spade.

Steph has received numerous awards and nominations and has been invited to speak at multiple engagements, including Fortune's Most Powerful Women Summit and Shoptalk in 2017 and 2018.
