Artur Tomala brings over two decades of leadership in European investment banking, distinguished by his strategic acumen, integrity, and relationship-building.

He is the Managing Director at MW&L Capital, an advisory and investment firm recognised for fostering long-term relationships with European Families and entrepreneurs as well as private equity-style investments.

Artur also acts as an advisor to the CEO of ICEYE, a leading European defence tech based in Finland and focused on SAR intelligent systems for national security.

Previously, Artur served as Managing Partner at Wejchert Trinity Partners, the Family Office of the prominent Wejchert family, spanning Monaco, Switzerland, and Poland. In this capacity, he oversaw cross-border investments, private equity initiatives, and strategic advisory matters across a diverse portfolio.
