Andrew Knatchbull’s Biography

Andrew Knatchbull is the long-standing Finance Director of the investment company RAB Capital Limited, and a qualified Chartered Accountant.

RAB Capital is a private company that invests in a wide range of assets with a primary focus on renewables, life science, natural resources, early-stage technologies and real estate developments. RAB Capital currently targets investments in small companies, both listed and private, and real estate development opportunities.

Previously, Andrew was Head of Management Information (MI) at asset management firm, Henderson Global Investments (now Janus Henderson Investors). He was appointed to this post after two years in Group MI at Lloyds Banking Group. At the insurance company Mutual Risk Management Ltd Andrew worked as an Account Executive during his two-year stint.

Andrew began his career at Deloitte & Touche where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. In addition to his board positions with RAB Capital, he sits on the board of directors at Musgrave Financial, Pallas Minerals and Doolhof Wine Estates.
