Located in the Faena District, the site, which will be named Aman Hotel & Residences, previously held the historic 16-story Versailles Hotel. The hotel tower will feature 56 rooms and 22 condos, while the stand-alone condo will have 41 units.

Close to Coconut Grove, Downtown Miami, Downtown Brickell and Miami International Airport, Una Residences at Brickell will feature 135 waterfront units with anything from 2 to 5 bedrooms.
