Tom Florio’s Biography

Tom Florio is a pioneer in the digital media industry and Founder & CEO of ENTtech Media Group LLC. ENTtech Media Group is a leading entertainment, media, publishing and technology company. It features PaperWork, a full-service creative agency that leverages editorial thinking to create disruptive campaigns. ENTtech acquired its signature brand, Paper Magazine, in the month it launched.

Tom is known for his ability to drive commercial success by enhancing brands using innovative strategies and a variety of tech and media platforms. He led the development of ENTTech’s ‘Proprietary Approach’, an inventive social architecture model that helps clients leverage content and data-driven insights through highly efficient campaigns that significantly outperform industry benchmarks. He founded eVolv Consulting with this same inventive approach with a focus on helping companies with financial restructuring, HR and fundraising.

As Senior VP & Publishing Director at Vogue, Tom turned the magazine into Condé Nast’s leading profit-generating publication. He was a master at broadening the brand’s reach and diversifying the platforms that the brand operated on. As VP & Publisher at GQ, Tom steered significant growth and boosted the brand by collaborating with Fox to broadcast a two-hour event showcasing modern male heroes. His career began at The New Yorker where he improved circulation and positioned the magazine for its current place under the Condé Nast umbrella.

Tom has been involved in several documentaries and TV specials, including the lauded documentary, The September Issue, chronicling Vogue editor Anna Wintour and her team in preparation for the record-breaking fall issue. Tom produced Seamless, which explored the inner workings of the fashion industry, as well as Trend Watch, a fashion show. He was also the brainchild of Vogue.tv and Vogue’s Fashion Night Out.

He holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from New York University.
