Since taking the helm in 2025, Sanjay has led one of the industry's most ambitious transformations, creating a new category of software that unites enterprise applications, a connected frontline workforce, and agentic AI — moving manufacturers beyond passive record-keeping toward platforms that act on intelligence in real time. Under his leadership, AI is treated not as another technology cycle but as the most significant shift factories have seen in decades, judged by measurable results: greater capacity, stronger margins, and the resilience to adapt in a volatile world.
