Sanjay Brahmawar is the CEO of QAD, a software company at the forefront of cloud-based solutions for manufacturers and supply chains. He is a distinguished executive with more than two decades of experience leading global technology businesses.

His priorities are to enable innovation, strengthen customer relationships, and build companies that play to win.

Sanjay’s career has given him a deep understanding of digital transformation, AI, IoT, and data-driven solutions. His time at Software AG, another global technology leader, bears this out. Over seven years he led a major transformation, modernizing its product portfolio, shifting to a subscription-driven SaaS model, and executing strategic acquisitions that accelerated growth.

Before Software AG he held senior positions at IBM, including General Manager for Global Revenue at Watson IoT. He joined the business as an Associate Partner and built his career through high-level positions across IBM subsidiaries, including General Manager, Vice President and Executive Partner. He joined IBM from PwC where he was a Management Consultant.

Sanjay is a Trustee of the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Here Technologies. He is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
