Her digital strategy boosted the platform’s SEO results increasing organic search results by 94% and achieving page 1 rankings for the majority of all Marque Profiles across the UK and the US. Sal was also instrumental in developing a customised client reporting system which ensures an overall personalised approach.

Her previous work included entrepreneurial endeavours and roles as IT Service Manager and Business Analyst at Cable & Wireless Communications, and Program Manager at Digital Island. As part of a small team managing The Rifles Regiment's Official Online Store, Sal focused on the improvement of website content, managed social media and marketing activities along with revising business processes. Within 12 months, the unprofitable e-commerce business was transformed into a successful enterprise and subsequently sold.

The Institute of Directors represents the best interests of British business and supports and sets standards for business leaders nationwide. Sal was responsible for launching and managing a computer suite for members, as well as the coordination of courses in basic internet skills.
