Ric Lewis is Executive Chairman & Chief Investment Officer of Tristan Capital Partners, a London-based real estate investment management company with more than €11 billion in assets under management. The firm specialises in investment strategies in all property types across the UK and continental Europe for global institutional, endowment and private wealth investors. Ric founded the firm and continued the collaboration and track record he established with his former partners at Curzon Global Partners / AEW Europe.
Tristan Capital Partners is majority-owned and autonomously managed by its principals with more than 115 employees in eight locations across Europe. The firm has developed a multi-year, multi-fund track record which has established them as one of Europe’s leading property investment management firms.
Tristan was twice voted by industry peers as the European Real Estate Private Equity Firm of the Year and Ric is the only two-time recipient of Real Estate Private Equity Professional of the Year. In 2017, the firm also won The Queen’s Award for Enterprise and International Trade.
Ric volunteers much of his time to organisations dedicated to improving education for children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Ric founded The Black Heart Foundation which supports initiatives that improve educational benefits for young people, and provides opportunities to those otherwise denied them. Each year, the Foundation offers several educational scholarships to young people in need in the UK and abroad.
Ric serves on many educational and community Boards including Dartmouth College (USA); the Belfer Center - John F. Kennedy School of Government – Harvard University; King Solomon Academy; Eastside Young Leaders Academy; The Institute of Imagination (London Children’s Museum) and the Royal National Children’s Springboard Foundation.
