Philippe Heilberg is an accomplished financial executive with expertise in commodities trading, investment management, and climate risk solutions.

He earned both a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Philippe began his career as a foreign-exchange trader at Salomon Brothers, gaining early experience in international capital markets. He went on to become a Partner at AIG Trading Group, where he led the Global Emerging Markets division and managed trading and investment strategies across multiple regions.

In 2001, Philippe founded Family Office a New York based investment firm. As Chairman and CEO, he guided the company’s strategy across natural resources, agriculture, and frontier markets, with a focus on long-term, research driven commitments. He served in this role until 2018.
