Philippa has been instrumental in the transformation of PHD as a reputable global media agency network. Philippa’s experience and knowledge of media, marketing and communications has made her one of the most respected individuals in the industry.
She continues to build on her major successes and in her current role, is focused on creating ideas that go beyond expectations; ideas that enable brands to move beyond incremental improvements and make the leap above their competitors.
Leader and innovator, Philippa oversees the management of PHD’s global network which consists of more than 6,000 staff across 100 offices worldwide, ensuring employee welfare is front and centre.
Prior to her role at PHD Worldwide, Philippa was Chief Executive Officer of Omnicom Media Group UK. During her 12-year tenure, Philippa proved invaluable in leading the business forward and implementing growth which resulted in over 1,700 employees, servicing 250 clients, with billings of £1.5bn. Before joining Omnicom, Philippa worked at IPC Media (Time Inc.), Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH London) and DMB&B.
In addition, Philippa is Chair of the Advertising Association, Media Lions Jury President for Cannes Lions and a Trustee of the Breast Cancer Charity Future Dreams.
