Peter Scott is Chairman of Ludorum PLC, which develops new and existing technologies to maximise revenue streams through the efficient management of IP rights associated with the pre-school age target. He administered the successful sale of Chuggington’s IP and TV content to a US corporation whilst effectually returning funds to stakeholders, only one year after successfully selling the rights to Fuji. Peter will remain Non-Executive Chairman of the company.
With his vast entrepreneurial experience and extensive knowledge of PR, Peter holds a number of directorships and will be expanding his portfolio of tech start-ups throughout 2019. He is Chairman of ismybillfair.com,
the price comparison website and Chairman of Scott Ideas, a PR company which focuses on creative consulting, partnership, content creation and brand campaign development.
Previously, Peter was Executive Chairman of the AIM listed Be Heard Group, a collective of 310 companies specialising in combining marketing, technology and data to create simple yet powerful methods to connect with its customers.
Peter co-founded The Engine Group in 2004, an integrated marketing communications group, which grew revenues in excess of £120m with offices in London, New York and Shanghai before its sale. Whilst at the company, he led the buy-back of WCRS which he also co-founded in 1979 after starting his career at Ogilvy & Mather. He was Chairman and CEO throughout his years at WCRS and led the re-branding in 1989, to form Aegis.
