Oleg Grinkevich’s Biography

Oleg Grinkevich is the Founder of one of the largest Eurasian distribution groups specialising in automotive parts and integrated service solutions. Over more than three decades, he has been central in building a multi-country distribution ecosystem combining multi-brand supply, vendor integration, and advanced logistics infrastructure.

He has overseen the group’s commercial and information technology functions, coordinating sales, logistics, digital platforms, and operational strategies across multiple countries. Today, the group comprises 14 companies operating in five countries, representing more than 1,500 brands sourced from approximately 5,500 suppliers. The organisation processes over 150,000 orders daily, serving over two million customers and 135,000 professional partners, supported by one of the region’s largest online catalogues with over 60 million SKUs. Current initiatives include the development of a B2B2C marketplace, the expansion of global vendor sales operations, and continuous improvement of distribution, retail, and logistics efficiency.

Oleg is recognised for his ability to modernise and scale complex technological systems. He implemented a distributed, multi-node warehouse infrastructure; enterprise ERP and WMS platforms to enhance inventory accuracy; integrated EDI and supplier performance management (SPM) systems; and dense last-mile delivery networks. His management philosophy is grounded in service orientation, including the consistent application of ITIL methodology, process standardisation, and compositional approach to goal-setting that frames relationships through leader–assistant and client–supplier models.

Oleg graduated with honours from a military communications academy and served for 16 years as an officer in motorised infantry.
