Nasir Alsharif is an experienced investor, business leader and entrepreneur who serves as Executive Chairman of Sackville Capital.

With over two decades of experience, Nasir’s entrepreneurial mindset and leadership acumen have been instrumental in establishing the foundational elements of both AWJ Holding Company (AHC) and Sackville Capital. He was pivotal in the formation and set-up of AHC and held the role of Chief Executive Officer of AHC Investment Division, responsible for the public markets and private equity portfolios at one of the largest MENA real estate investment firms, AWJ Holding Company (AHC). Nasir’s involvement at AHC continues through his seats on the Board and Investment Committee.

Sackville Capital was spun out from AWJ Holding Company (AHC) in 2019 and began operating as a standalone London-based investment business. Nasir’s leadership was fundamental to the development of a specialist team, a Board, a strong governance structure, and a progressive investment strategy, focussed on private markets.

A General Partner and Investment Committee member of 9900 Capital, a London-based VC fund, Nasir also sits on the Board of Nuwa Capital. He is also a founding investor in iMENA, one of the earliest tech-based Venture Capital platforms in the Middle East. These roles underscore his experience in identifying opportunities to build investment businesses, fostering growth and providing strategic direction across the global investment landscape.
