Mark Hastings is a Founding Partner of Quillon Law, a London-based firm specialising in complex and high-value commercial disputes.

Described by industry directories as the “go-to person for heavyweight disputes”, Mark spearheads high-stakes international litigation, concentrating on civil fraud, asset recovery, shareholder disputes, and contentious trusts.

His notable representations include successfully defending transport operator FESCO against a $13.8 billion claim brought by Ziyavudin Magomedov, which was one of the largest ever cases filed in the English High Court. He has also represented, amongst others, the Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, His Majesty King Abdullah of Jordan and the deceased oligarch Boris Berezovsky in significant commercial disputes.
