With over 28 years' experience as a psychotherapist, Kathleen has developed her own unique approach, enabling her to serve the needs of Family Offices, recognizing the extra pressures of wealth and business on the family’s dynamics and structure. Kathleen founded IHS, Integral Health Services, centered around the development and maintenance of an integrated approach to health and wellness for families. She is a founding principal of Drayson Mews, a consultancy that specializes in treatment options for families requiring assistance in addressing mental health and wellbeing issues.
She is a renowned author, garnering praise for her book A Grief Like No Other, an invaluable resource detailing how to navigate the sudden loss of a loved one and the challenges this presents. Kathleen has also been entrusted by Family Offices, to help following the death of the founder, family member or principal. She has guested on numerous panels, lending her wisdom and insights on issues impacting family offices, whilst heading roundtables on behalf of Campden Wealth.
Through her advocacy work, she has helped Victim Support Organizations in the US, Europe, the UK, Russia and Asia, helping to shape policy and programs. She is a consultant for the Federal Office for Victims of Crime in the US Department of Justice.
She has a global practice, working with clients in London, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US and understands the value of cultural traditions and beliefs in her work.
